At Visions Sportswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

In the same condition as received

Unworn and unused

Tags still attached
-
In the original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Bundle Discounts & Promotional Offers (Important)
At Visions Sportswear, we offer bundle discounts across selected collections, meaning:

The more items you purchase, the more discount you receive.

Discounts are calculated based on the total number of items in your order at checkout.
Because of this structure:

It is not possible to return part of a bundle order and still keep the original discount.

If returning items causes your order to no longer meet the discount threshold, the discount will be recalculated.

The refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Example:
If you purchase 4 items and receive a higher volume discount, but return 1 or 2 items, your order no longer qualifies for the original discount tier. The refund will therefore reflect the corrected pricing based on the remaining items.
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotional pricing.
"Buy 1 Get 1 Free" Offer Policy
For orders placed under our Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) promotion, the following rules apply:

When purchasing one item and receiving one item for free, both items must be returned together to qualify for a refund.

It is not possible to return the paid item and keep the free item.

The promotion is conditional upon keeping both items.
This applies to all variations of the offer, including orders of:

2 items (1 paid + 1 free)
-
4 items (2 paid + 2 free)
-
6 items (3 paid + 3 free), etc.
If only part of a BOGO order is returned, the refund will either be denied or recalculated based on the full retail price of the kept item(s).
Made-to-Order Products
For Made-to-Order products:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although we inspect all orders before shipment, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:

Returning the original item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
